A year of thanksgiving & fruitfulness!
Though the year hasn't ended, i would like to blog some of my thoughts suming up in this blog. Well, it has been a year of answered prayers, good relationships built, work done & God working in me.
My walk with the Almighty
I really enjoy growing with my sisters @ work, with Jon etc. I enjoyed when the Lord spoke to me through my time with Him, encourages me with verses & through His people ;) I like praying alot ;) & am learning how to listen to Him. I wouldn't say i have a life changing & spectacular encounter with the Lord this year..but it has been great seeing little breakthroughs & learning to be more like Him in my daily life. ;) This year is a year where I battled more of what is within me & seeing small breakthroughs here & there. Also, Jon & myself settled more or less in a church now & have been serving actively too ;)
Relationship with Jon
It was a year of adjustment for both of us as Jon went into full time ministry & part time studies. Well God has been taking good care of us in many ways. ;) We constantly committed the relationship to God & learnt how to love, commit, submit, respect to each other. Its like a daily exercise. There were ups & downs but prayer + committment + God's grace to each other brought us through. We went through PMC (Premarital Counseling) & also am engaged to each other ;) We are ready to be committed to each other & walk through this life together now.
Work
Whatever i set to do in the beginning of the year came pass & thank God for that. I also had two new colleagues in my department which i enjoyed very much. Though there are dry moments..but everything happens for the good of those God loves. I learnt much from slightly difficult situations @ work. So far, all has been alright. ;)
Family
I learnt how to respect & honor my parents more this year. I have never pray to be a good daughter nor ask God to give me wisdom. This year, more intentionally, i did & i am learning how to. Also, I been praying for my parent's salvations. Nothing happened yet, but I believe when we pray, things are churning ;) Stay tune!
They love me too! Soon, i will have another set of parents. Uncle Willie has been sending me home almost everytime I go to Jon's place. They always make sure i reach home safe & on time ;) Auntie Lily has been blessing me with her generousity (both in her heart & outwardly) Ialso like Jon's grannies too. Though i don't talk much to them but they have been very nice to me.
We are engaged on 31st Oct ;)
Our relationship has been so fun, so filled with life's ups & downs. Most importantly, we stick byeach other. Its' good!
Studying & doing assignments with Jon has been a part of my lifestyle :) My brain cells are very fried this year.
Dayna :) so adorable. She is my aunt's daughter. She is cute lar. I just want to put her pic.

SR Children. I taught a group this year. A very good class. They are so sweet ;)
