I was so tired recently :( physically, emotionally, spiritually..... Now, i feel so tired also. I guess I am tired about the events coming up at work and that, i actually didn't really get to do much with the children. Sometimes, I wondered about my job scope. Currently, its 60% Admin/reports/meetings, 10% events, 35% supervision/mentoring of staff, 5% ground work/interaction with children/ casework. I am so not growing in my skills as a children's worker. Well, its for a season....see what's next ba.
