Seriously. You can't live perfectly. There is no situation to please everyone. I re-consider and think what does it mean to esteem and think about others before yourself. Well, esteem is a posture and attitude, but in reality you can't give in and please everyone. Pardon me. I am not preaching but simply sharing experiences and lessons i haven't quite embraced totally as a skill, lifestyle, a principle.
+ To be able to live with failures and courage to take it up again.
+ A perspective not to subject to the pressure of others but clearly to know what would be best and stand by it.
+ To consider at all levels; Pros and cons, and thereby making a informed, prudent decision without being pressurized by the challenge of time and people.
+ Pressure isn't good if it doesn't make you a more resilient person but a slackened and timid one.
+ Submission doesn't mean always to be agreeable and compliant. (how true. I am still learning submission at all levels.) I think submission is a posture of esteem of the higher authority and leadership, an attitude as well and obedience and support to the final decision despite disagreeability.
+ Foresight is a value. It's alright to take a longer time to make decisions and analyse. But it does not excuse ourselves from being indecisive and afraid to make mistakes.
+ Prayer and counsel serves you a LONG way. I know what it means.
+ Performance is not measured by how on the ball you are, how quick you accomplish a task.......Performance is being a good steward on the task you are given, with thought, action and time.
